Bruce Cohen
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Cohen joins Auriga with over 35 years of industry experience and a proven track record of leading companies to rapid revenue growth and profitability. Prior to joining Auriga, Bruce consulted with various companies to help develop effective go-to-market strategies. Earlier, he served as president and CEO of Top Layer Networks where he led the company to three consecutive years of strong earnings growth, from $400K to over $14M, and increased international revenue to 50%. Prior to Top Layer Networks, Bruce served as president and CEO of Novasoft Systems where he established the company's channel model which grew revenue by 400% year over year.

Bruce was senior vice president of worldwide field operations at Chipcom Corporation which was acquired by 3Com. At Chipcom, he played a key role in successfully launching three product lines, achieved 28 consecutive record quarters of growth and pioneered a unique channel strategy. Bruce spent the first 15 years of his career in various sales and product management roles at IBM and Datapoint.

Bruce has a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in 1967 and 1966 respectively.


Yusuke Tajima-PhD
Chief Technical Officer

Since 2004, Dr. Tajima has been the Director of Modeling and Design for Auriga Measurement Systems.

Yusuke's work on the pulsed IV measurement system, new circuit designs and device models has been published in many papers and patents. In 2000, he became the General Manager of ACCO USA, responsible for the USA operation of ACCO in France.

Yusuke Tajima received B.S. and PhD degrees from Tokyo University in Electronics Engineering in 1970 and 1980, respectively. He continued his research and development work at Toshiba Central Lab in Japan and then at Raytheon Research Division in Massachusetts, which he joined in 1979. Yusuke has contributed many innovations in microwave devices and characterization methods.


Ted Lewis
Director of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Lewis brings more than 25 years experience successfully growing international sales, marketing and customer-centered organizations for high-tech hardware and software companies.

Prior to joining Auriga, Ted ran sales for Unitek Benchmark, an equipment manufacturer serving the global electronics packaging industry. At Unitek Benchmark, Ted rebuilt and revitalized its sales channel resulting in doubling the company's market share in just over two years during a declining market.


Larry Smith
Director of Custom Test Systems

As Auriga's Director of Custom Test Systems, Mr. Smith brings with him more than 25 years of ATE design experience in the Aerospace and Defense business sector.  Prior to Auriga, Mr. Smith was Project Manager within the Defense, Aerospace and Transportation Systems (DATS) division of Agilent Technologies, Inc. There, he was directly responsible for all aspects of system design, integration and software development within the TR Module and Component Test Systems groups.

Mr. Smith also provides Auriga with extensive experience and a proven record in manufacturing test.  For more than 14 years he was responsible for all automated test systems and strategies within M/A-Com’s Antenna and Cable division.


Dave Wandrei
Chief Scientist

David Wandrei joined Auriga in 2004, bringing with him over 25 years of valuable industry experience and accolades. During those years, Mr. Wandrei received a patent for the Load Pull Tuner, developed the Load Pull Noise parameter systems, and authored several papers on Device Characterization and Modeling.

Prior to Auriga, Mr. Wandrei was employed by Raytheon, M/A-Com, Adams Russell, ATN Microwave, and ACCO USA.

Dave received his B.S. (1976) and M.S. (2001) degrees in Electrical Circuit Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
